No problem! Please fill out our Contact Us form and include the new address you'd like your order shipped to. If your order hasn’t gone out yet, we can update it right away. If it has already shipped, we’ll reach out to the courier and request an address change. Mid-transit updates aren’t always guaranteed, but we’ll do everything we can to help.
Unfortunately, if your local post office has marked your package as undeliverable and initiated a return-to-sender process, our ability to intervene is limited. Please contact us, and we’ll do our best to help.
If you’ve received a tracking email, please use the tracking link to view your shipment’s status with the courier. If you believe your parcel may be lost in transit, contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist.
If you haven’t received a tracking email, check whether your order contains a pre-order item scheduled to ship at a later date. Orders with pre-order items ship only when all items are ready. If your order does include a pre-order item, you will receive an email 72 hours before it ships. Use this time to confirm your shipping address and reach out to us if any updates are needed.
