In your tracking email, copy the tracking number starting with ESUS_________. You can then input this tracking number into _________ to see more detailed tracking info. Usually contacting your local post office helps.

When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email 72hrs before shipping to make sure you're address and personal information is correct. If you haven't received this email your item is not ready to ship. Make sure to check your junk and spam folders for this email.

No problem! If you send us a contact form with the correct address, and your order hasn't been delivered yet, we can switch your address for you!

Unfortunately, if your local post office has deemed your package undeliverable and started a return to sender process, there isn't much we can do except refund you the price of the item. Unfortunately, the cost of shipping will not be reimbursed as the package was delivered.
