Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

EON has a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving an item to request a return.

To qualify, an item must be in the condition in which it was received: unworn or unused, undamaged, with tags or stickers intact, and in its original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is also required.

To begin a return, contact support@eon-shop.com. If the return is accepted, we will provide a payment link for a return shipping label and instructions explaining how and where to send the package. Items returned without first requesting authorization will not be accepted.

2. Damaged Items & Incorrect Orders

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective or damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. Product Quality & Expectations

Oxidizing metals such as brass and copper may develop or arrive with oxidation marks. These natural metal processes are not valid reasons for replacement or exchange.

Anodized or powder-coated items may have hook marks from manufacturing. We hide these marks to the best of our ability, but they may sometimes be visible during ordinary use. Hook marks are not valid reasons for replacement or exchange.

Items that originally had sharp edges may be deburred using different methods. This can cause slight visual differences from product photographs and is not a valid reason for replacement or exchange.

4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal-care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Contact us if you have questions about a particular item.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

5. Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have and, after the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

If the desired replacement was available when you originally purchased but is no longer available, we will do our best to accommodate you.

6. Warranty

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products sold through the EON webstore do not include a warranty. If you experience a problem or need technical assistance, replacement parts, or other support, contact support@eon-shop.com. We will consider all claims submitted in good faith.

7. Shipping Fees

If you request a refund or order cancellation after tracking has been provided, shipping fees will not be included in the refund because the shipping process has already begun.

8. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

The item must be unworn or unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and returned with all tags or stickers intact. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

9. Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return and tell you whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds are issued automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.
